Exchanges and returns
If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always here to help! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a credit, another product or your money back.
Please note that these are the exceptions to our return policy:
- All tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items should not show visible signs of use.
The following steps allow you to register an item for return:
- Please notify us by email (info@boujee-originals.com) that you will be returning your item. Indicate whether you would like your money back, a credit or an exchange.
- Send the article to Boujee Originals, gouderakstraat 1, 2729AC Zoetermeer.
- Once we receive the item back we will transfer your money, send you the other item or send you the credit.
Additional information:
- It takes up to 20 days before you receive a refund or your new product or credit. However, it is usually settled within 5 days.
- Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
